You should comply with all legal requirements and you should notify Trident by phoning 08 9202 8000 as soon as possible. You will then be advised of the procedures to follow in making a claim.
If your claim is outside normal business hours you may wish to complete the on-line personal details; a member of Trident's claims staff will contact you as soon as possible on the resumption of business.
You may also wish to download and print a copy of the appropriate claims form. Trident will give you guidance on where to mail this form in order to register the claim and speed up the settlement process.
